The expressions bring joy to my heart and the dual-light of blue and red setting is quite cleverly put there. The pressure of the arm on his back looks almost tangible.

Beautiful technique with the hair, I'd kill to be able to paint like that :O All the subtle changes of volume with the thinner paint strokes, the lips look really voluminous
